Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chartz ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the Chartz application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

User Accounts

Solana Wallet Connection

If you connect a Solana wallet to the Service:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases
• Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from wallet connection or blockchain transactions
• You should only connect wallets that you own and control

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated systems (bots) to manipulate scores or rankings
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use offensive or inappropriate usernames
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Scrape, data mine, or harvest user data
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Chartz and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Chartz" and our logo are trademarks of Chartz. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Historical stock data and charts are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only and are subject to third-party data provider terms.

Game Rules and Scoring

Chartz is a game of skill that tests your ability to predict price movements from historical charts. We reserve the right to:

• Modify game rules and scoring algorithms
• Add or remove game modes
• Reset leaderboards or invalidate scores if cheating is detected
• Adjust difficulty or data sources

Scores and rankings are for entertainment purposes only and have no monetary value.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Results or data will be accurate or reliable

No Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHARTZ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Any financial, investment, or trading decisions you make
• Loss of profits, data, or use of the Service
• Any wallet or blockchain-related losses
• Any errors, bugs, or interruptions in the Service
• Any actions taken based on information from the Service
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

CHARTZ IS A FREE ENTERTAINMENT GAME WITH NO FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS. YOU USE THE SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE PROVIDE NO GUARANTEES AND ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR DECISIONS OR ACTIONS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chartz and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your wallet connection or blockchain transactions

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
